Membership with CPHR Saskatchewan means joining a community of HR professionals who are committed to continuous learning, ethical HR practice and moving the profession forward. While joining CPHR Saskatchewan is voluntary, it signals your commitment to being part of a self-regulated profession that believes in protecting the public through HR excellence and creating better workplaces for everyone.

To become a member of CPHR Saskatchewan, you must be pursuing work in HR in Saskatchewan and be eligible to work in Canada .

Previous Members of CPHR Saskatchewan

If you were previously registered with CPHR Saskatchewan as a member, you can simply renew your existing profile:

  • Select “Sign In” along the top of the page
  • Enter your login credentials. If you do not have this information, do not create a new account. Please contact info@cphrsk.c a
  • Once you are logged in, select the "Securely renew your membership now" link and complete the renewal process.

Should you have issues accessing your existing profile, or need updates to the contact info to retrieve your password, please contact  info@cphrsk.ca.

Previous Designation Holders Rejoining CPHR Saskatchewan

If you previously held a designation granted by CPHR Saskatchewan, renewing your membership does not automatically re-grant a designation. A separate process would apply to re-activate your designation. Please review the  Re-Entry PolicyIf your membership was previously resigned or revoked, you would need to meet all current designation requirements in order to re-achieve your designation(s). For more detailed information, please email  info@cphrsk.ca.

HR Designation Holders from within Canada (outside Saskatchewan)

CPHR Saskatchewan recognizes HR designations from the following organizations within Canada:

  • CPHR Provincial Associations
    • CPHR, FCPHR, Retired CPHR, and Retired FCPHR
    • CHRA from Quebec, and
    • CPHR Candidates working towards the designation
  • Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) of Ontario
    •  CHRP, CHRL, and CHRE

If you currently hold an HR designation through one of the HR associations within Canada (outside of Saskatchewan), please email info@cphrsk.ca before proceeding with the application process. Ask your HR association to submit a Confirmation of Good Standing to CPHR Saskatchewan at info@cphrsk.ca

HR Designation Holders from International HR Associations

Through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and/or Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) that CPHR Canada holds with international HR associations, CPHR Saskatchewan recognizes the following organizations and designations:

  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD - UK)
    • MCIPD
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM Nigeria)
    • MCIPM or FCIPM
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM Sri Lanka)
    • MCIPM or FCIPM
  • Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM)
    • SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP

If you currently hold one of the HR designations above, please email info@cphrsk.ca  before proceeding with the application process. Ask your HR association to submit a Confirmation of Good Standing directly to CPHR Saskatchewan at info@cphrsk.ca.
