CPHR Saskatchewan recognizes the importance of members connecting to share information, learn from each other and grow their networks. As such, the association is introducing Virtual Member Roundtables that are based on peer learning where participants are both teachers and learners. Roundtable discussions focus on developing relationships and creating new HR knowledge by sharing information, stories, experiences and best practices. 

Member Roundtables are for CPHR Saskatchewan members with a common interest to meet in an informal, supportive, confidential environment. Roundtables are not recorded for later viewing. 

Meeting topics will be related to one or more of the 9 Functional Knowledge Areas of the CPHR Competency Framework:

• Total Rewards
• Learning, Development, and Succession Planning
• Workforce Planning and Mobility
• HR Technology and Analytics
• Innovation
• Organizational Change and Development
• Employee and Labour Relations
• Total Health and Wellness
• Inclusion, Diversity, and Human Connections
  

Who Can Attend?
Member Roundtables are a benefit of membership and free for CPHR Saskatchewan members to attend.

Who can Lead?
To facilitate a Member Roundtable, you must be a member of CPHR Saskatchewan in good standing. Individuals do not have to be topic experts and can be there to facilitate discussion on the particular topic of interest.

Registration
CPHR Saskatchewan oversees the registration and administration of each Member Roundtable event so the participants can relax and enjoy the virtual discussions taking place with the guidance of the Facilitator.
