The Fellow of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (FCPHR) recognizes Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) who have made exemplary contributions to the HR profession. This is a designation, and recipients are granted recognition as an FCPHR. 

As of November 1, 2023, FCPHRs will be evaluated and awarded by an esteemed National Fellowship Committee comprised of CPHR Canada Fellowship members (FCPHRs). The FCPHR will be awarded nationally and granted provincially by CPHR Saskatchewan. FCPHRs in Saskatchewan will meet the requirements as set out in the Regulatory Bylaw 3.7.1 e.
  
The growth of the FCPHR designation is something to celebrate and be proud of. Recognizing FCPHRs nationally allows us to broaden the stature of the program and recognize qualified recipients from across the country, which will include a National FCPHR Directory. Current FCPHR recipients will be grandfathered into the National registry.  

The Fellowship Award- FCPHR is not a competition in which nominations are measured against each other, but rather, it is a process by which each nomination is measured against the criteria in place. An unsuccessful nomination can be re-submitted in a subsequent year especially if the individual has added significantly more contributions along the five criteria identified for the award above.
