A direct e-blast will put your message in the inbox of over 1,400 HR practitioners across the province.

SUBMITTING AN AD
For all e-blasts, artwork must be submitted in HTML, JPG or PDF format. Please also include the URL address and preferred subject line. The ad MUST be submitted at least 7 days prior to run date. Content is subject to approval from CPHR Saskatchewan.

HR Weekly Newsletter
HR Weekly- the association e-newsletter, allows members to stay informed about association news, and timely industry topics, whether they are in the office or on the road. The average open rate for HR Weekly is 35.2%. Ad placements within the newsletter are available for purchase.

HR Saskatchewan Magazine
CPHR Saskatchewan publishes a twice-yearly membership magazine in the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. A minimum of 2,500 copies will be distributed to CPHR Saskatchewan's 1,400 members, at tradeshows, at job fairs and conferences, and around the province throughout the year. Ad placements within the magazine are available for purchase.

Website Advertising
Position your organization as a thought leader by advertising on CPHR Saskatchewan’s website, which receives over 10,500 page views each month. Advertising is available through leaderboard and rectangle ROS advertising. Limited space is available.

The Weekly Newsletter, HR Saskatchewan Magazine, and Website Advertising are delivered through Naylor Association Solutions.

Job postings are accepted at any time and will be placed on CPHR Saskatchewan's online Job Board. Postings are visible to all CPHR Saskatchewan members for 30 days (unless otherwise specified), and can be posted for up to 6 weeks.

Active job postings are also listed in our HR Weekly communication sent to members every Friday. To be included in this communication, your job posting is due before Thursday at noon. If a job posting is received after this deadline, CPHR Saskatchewan cannot guarantee its inclusion.

Do you have brochures or informational items you want in the mailboxes of HR Professionals?

Distribution of brochures/informational items may be sent to CPHR Saskatchewan members by conventional mail.

You will be required to provide the appropriate number of items, and will be invoiced additionally for postage.
