Move-In:
Wednesday, October 2, 2024 - 4:30pm - 7:00pm

No shipments shall be sent to the Centre in advance of the date established for the Licensee's occupation of the premises or outside of loading dock hours - Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. No shipments or deliveries shall be made unless prior arrangements have been made with the Owner. All shipments must be prepaid.

Move-Out:
Thursday, October 3, 2024 - 4:00pm
*Please Note:  No packing up or dismantling of booths will be permitted until the official closing of the Tradeshow area at 4:00pm on October 3, 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

As this is a form of event sponsorship, there is no opportunity for cancellation.

PRIVACY POLICY

CPHR Saskatchewan will not disclose the Conference delegate information without the consent of the individual. Upon registration, delegates can opt-in to share contact information with exhibitors and speakers or provide contact information directly to tradeshow exhibitors when interacting with them.
