A. Virtual Events

Event cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours before the event. No shows will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

B. Member Galas & Receptions

Event cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours before the event. No shows will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Paid Events 

Cancellation requests must be received ONE WEEK PRIOR to the first day of the event for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for less than 7 days notice of cancellation, no exceptions.  

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may designate an alternate attendee. Differences in member/non-member registration rates will apply. Should your alternate cancel at any time or not attend, the registration fee will be forfeited.

Additional Information

Cancellation and alternate attendee requests must be communicated via email to events@cphrsk.ca or by phoning the office at 306-242-CPHR (2747). Registrants who fail to attend the event are liable for the entire registration fee. 

CPHR Saskatchewan reserves the right to change/modify or cancel any event. CPHR Saskatchewan's liability is limited to the paid registration fee and will not be liable for incidental costs including (but not limited to) hotel and airfare.
