No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 15, 2025. A substitute attendee is permitted. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. FCI-CWI may cancel the event if deemed necessary and will provide a full refund. No liability is assumed by FCI-CWI for changes in program date, content or venue.
