About the Event *The Workplace Investigation Certificate training is a prerequisite to this workshop. This half-day workshop will provide the overall purpose, right down to the details you need, to ensure your report withstands the highest level of scrutiny. You have conducted interviews of your Complainant, Respondent, and Witnesses, analyzed dozens of documents, assessed other evidence, and now you need to write a report.

- Template and report sections
- Language and Point of View (first, third person)
- How to write an analysis and findings

About Bob Stenhouse
Bob Stenhouse is the CEO and Founder of Veritas Solutions, a third-party investigation and training firm conducting over 300 administrative/workplace investigations a year. Bob has been conducting, case managing and overseeing serious and complex investigations for 40 years. In addition to his former police investigation career, almost twenty of those years have been in the workplace/HR, regulatory, and human rights fields. Bob has partnered with the CPHR associations in western Canada for the past 4 plus years, developing and delivering the high in demand Workplace Investigations Training, and its complementary extensions of Investigation Interviewing, Report Writing, and Conducting Credibility Assessments.
