- Only 29% believe their organization will use AI in ways that benefit the business, customers and/or employees.
In this session, we’ll share how the Best Workplaces in Canada are leading with Trust through the AI transformation. We explore the various ways can leverage AI to advance your workplace culture and highlight some of the ways it can hinder your efforts. Who should attend: This session is geared toward mid and senior level HR practitioners, as much of the content pertains to how introducing AI into the workplace impacts people, and provides tips for how HR take a more strategic role in support successful AI integration.
