This webinar focuses on a review of the current state of relations between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples, businesses, and communities with a particular on building the management and organizational skills needed to guide your employment and workplace strategies in a landscape which has grown in its complexity in recent years. Many new developments have taken place in recent years and a reminder of the significant legal, social, economic, and political changes is the basis for a common framework to ‘move beyond the checkmark’ to increase your Indigenous workforce. Learn what these changes have been and learn the implications of the trends and events which are shaping the current labourmarket landscape. What new states of organizational readiness are needed to build more effective and authentic employment engagements and partnerships in Canada today?
