About the Webinar

Join Sean as he walks you through how to review your total rewards (compensation and benefits) strategy and program, and the top 3 things to consider that will help you attract, retain and engage your workforce! Finding the ‘sweet spot’ in total rewards is all about balancing employee preferences/needs, market conditions and your overall business strategy/affordability…and this is difficult to do without a plan.
 
Learn the top 3 things to consider when reviewing your Total Rewards strategy and programs including:
  • Where to look for savings to reinvest in other programs
  • How to bring a DEI lens to your Total Rewards offering and
  • How to address pay equity and pay transparency 

This short 3-part series is designed to provide busy HR professionals with bite size learning based on the CPHR Competency Framework. Each part will cover 3 of the 9 HR Specific Competency Areas within the Framework. Human resources competencies are essential for HR professionals to effectively contribute to the success of an organization. These competencies are critical for various purposes, playing a crucial role in managing the workforce and fostering a positive work environment.
