About the Webinar
HR has a very big problem. The employer/employee relationship is fractured. While many employers have pledged their commitment to becoming more employee centric over the past several years, most employees across all industries are not engaged or actively disengaged, stifling morale, productivity, and profitability. HR professionals have an emerging new set of tools, built on AI and Generative AI (GenAI), that could fundamentally reshape the work they to help their organizations become great places to work for all employees.

During this session, Dr. Conrad will:

1. Explore how new technologies can help organizations better understand and meet their employees where they are to create healthy, inclusive, and innovative cultures.
2. Demonstrate how AI can identify and help overcome leadership gaps in key areas, such as emotional intelligence.
3. Discuss important ethical considerations that must be addressed as organizations become more captivated with the possibilities of AI.
