*The Workplace Investigation Certificate training is a prerequisite to this workshop.

This half-day workshop will provide the overall purpose, right down to the details you need, to ensure your report withstands the highest level of scrutiny.  You have conducted interviews of your Complainant, Respondent, and Witnesses, analyzed dozens of documents, assessed other evidence, and now you need to write a report.

About the Speaker
Bob Stenhouse has been conducting, overseeing and case managing investigations for over 35 years.  First as an organized crime, undercover and homicide investigator in the RCMP, and later as a human rights and workplace investigations consultant.  Bob then spent ten years as the leader of a Corporate Investigations Unit for Alberta Health Services (largest employer in Alberta and highly unionized) - where he and his team conducted the most complex and high-risk investigations into internal workplace misconduct across the province.  Bob has developed investigations courses and training for hundreds of HR practitioners in western Canada in Workplace Investigations, Harassment, Bullying and Violence investigations, Psychological Safety.

Bob's workshops have been unanimously rated as excellent.  Bob is a passionate, engaging, and seasoned instructor and facilitator and is committed to ensuring that participants are getting the most out of their training experience. Bob has stories and case studies that will illuminate the investigative concepts in real and tangible ways, plus there are lots of laughs to be had along the way.
