Dare to Lead™ Dare to Lead™ isn’t just another training program. It will transform who you are and how you lead. It’s currently being taught at Apple, Microsoft and many other Fortune 500 companies. It is designed for those who have the courage to bring out the potential in others, which starts with ourselves. This is Brené Brown’s definition of a leader, and it’s not tied to a job title.
Courage is a collection of four measurable skills: vulnerability, living into our values, braving trust and learning to rise after setbacks with resilience and positivity - enabled by mental toughness. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills.
You will learn: - Armoured vs Daring Leadership
- Self-Awareness and Emotional Literacy
- The Myths of Vulnerability
- Shame Resilience
- Empathy and Self-Compassion
- Living into our Values
