Given the current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to offer the May 2021 exam in a test centre.
The exam format on May 26 & 27, 2021 will be a remote proctored exam and can be taken from the comfort of your home. It is the same testing software you’d see in a test centre, but instead of going to the test centre, you will take the exam in your own home, office, etc.

Your registration email (sent May 3, 2021) will include login details and instructions to select and book your exam date and time. You may select a time on either May 26 or 27. You are not required to write both days - this is a one-day exam. 3 hours and 15 minutes is allotted to complete the exam.

You must be an Associate member of CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the exam. You must be signed in to your member profile in order to register.

Cancellations
& Deferrals:
|
Exam registrations can be cancelled up to April 2, 2021. After April 2, 2021, the exam may not be cancelled, and the exam fee is non-refundable. Exams may be deferred until May 18, 2021.
Exam Deferral Fee: $115 + GST

Note: All deferrals between May 11, 2021 and May 18, 2021 will forfeit their $125.00 seat fee for that exam. This fee will be added to the deferral for your next sitting (no exceptions).

Exam Prep:
Captus Online NKE Prep Course
There is no prerequisite education or experience required to write this exam, however applicants are required to hold Associate membership in good standing with CPHR Saskatchewan. You will receive a formal registration letter via e-mail closer to the exam date, containing more specific details about exam day, and confirming your writing time.
Should you require any special accommodation(s) to write the exam, please advise CPHR Saskatchewan at the time of registration. Verification of the requirement by an appropriate authority must be submitted along with the registration. Accommodations are subject to CPHR Saskatchewan approval, and a $30 accommodation fee. Please review the Accommodations Handbook for Writers should you have any questions.
