Wine Pairing & Building the Perfect Charcuterie Board

The holidays are right around the corner and let’s face it, they’re going to be a lot different this year.  CPHR Saskatchewan is excited to 'wine down the year' and have some fun! In partnership with the Saskatoon Coop, we bring you "Wine Down for the Holidays"- a virtual, noon hour event that shows you how to build the perfect charcuterie board, and how to pair different wines for the holidays. Angela Senenko, the in-house sommelier from 8th Street Coop will go through wine pairings and Attridge Coop’s deli manager, Karla Schroeder, will talk about how to make a mouth-watering charcuterie board. 

There will be prizes and other fun things thrown in along the way! We also encourage everyone to wear their favourite “ugly holiday sweater” to join in on the merriment.
