The Annual General Meeting will take place virtually via GoToMeeting on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 12:00 pm.
You are urged to participate ideally by attending virtually (register to receive login details) OR by completing a proxy (as found in the link above).
If you are unable to attend, please complete the Proxy Form as your proxy counts towards the Quorum.
Please email or mail your completed Proxy Form to the Association office by September 10th at 11:30 am.
