Why Can't I Just Focus? addresses contributors influencing your inability to be consistently laser focused; how everyone can cultivate the "focus habit"; how to increase working "on" versus "in" your leadership role; when old worn-out habits are running the show and creating a success habit to flip your mindset story.

  • Know the internal/external triggers creating lack of focus and bust them!
  • Focus IS a cultivated habit; tools/practices to cultivate yours!
  • Practices to cultivate discipline and commitment
