The FIRST of three eLearning workshops in the RESET series.

Slow Down to Move Ahead addresses: The societal reasons, contributors to individuals not slowing down; how you work against yourself/team with exceptions; how incongruent values feed into frenetic energy; daily RESET tools, practices to increase productivity, results and ease. 

In this presentation, you will learn how to:
  • The power of a RESET approach to Slow Down to Move Ahead.
  • The signs and contributors of society's addiction to "stress is normal".
  • Why we resist "Slowing Down to Move Ahead".
  • Rake the Leaves!  Disrupting stress energy to create success habits.
