 Human Rights, Immigrations & Employment

The Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission in cooperation with CPHR Saskatchewan, is hosting a free webinar aimed at providing high level immigration and human rights information to support businesses and employers. We hope to answer some of the challenging questions you may deal with in your day to day as HR professionals.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • How the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code is applicable to businesses,
  • What you can do and what to avoid with existing and future employees as related to diversity in immigration and citizenship statuses,
  • Direct answers to questions you pose in advance, related to immigration and employment.

Please submit a question related to human rights, immigration and employment to: msooniasali@saskhrc.ca, by January 14th, 2026. We will review your questions and do our best to choose a variety of questions and concerns to provide a response to during the webinar.

Please note, the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission does not provide legal advice, therefore our responses will be Code-directed guidance. This event will be recorded and shared with participants post-event.
