Over the past five years, PotashCorp (now Nutrien) has been on a journey to become one of the safest resource companies in the world. This session will outline how PotashCorp leveraged the development of coaching behaviours to transform the organization's culture. We will discuss the importance of building partnerships between Safety and Human Resources, and identify how to build leadership development programming that fundamentally changes human behaviour. From the front-line, to the C-Suite, this session will explore how to effectively develop coaching behaviours at all levels within your organization. Additionally, this session will explore how safety systems and standards can support a coaching culture, and how integrated talent management programs can support a cultural transformation.
