This session will highlight the language and key elements of accounting and finance that HR professionals must understand for effective decision making in any organization. This session will not focus on how to read financial statements and does not include any "numbers". As an HR professional, financial data is all around you and impacts your decision-making. Your HR decisions also impact financial data. Join Jill and learn about the importance of financial intelligence for HR professionals.
