Session Description: 
This interactive session will cover employer readiness in the event of a workplace accident, including dealing with regulators, responding to requests for documentation, incident report preparation and dealing with witness interviews.


Presenter - John Agioritis, MLT Aikins 


John Agioritis represents clients on all types of criminal matters and regulatory infractions, with an emphasis on federal and provincial occupational health and safety legislation, environmental matters and tax evasion.  John has appeared before the Saskatchewan Provincial Court, the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories and the Tax Court of Canada.
