Conference Theme: HR Takes the Lead – A State of Mind

Tract #1 – Employee & Workplace Health

The goal of this track is to explore topics related to employee health & wellness and creating healthy work environments. Sessions might explore topics related to wellness programs, mental health in the workplace, bullying in the workplace, and so on.

Tract #2 – Organizational Development
In this track we will explore deliberate efforts to increase organization’s relevance and viability through plans such as performance management, talent & succession planning, building & supporting teams, mentorship programs, and leadership & management development.

Tract #3 – Tools & Technology
In this track we are looking for methods, systems, and tools and technology available to support organizational plans for employee & workplace health and organization development.
